SeekSquared is not intended for children under the age of 13.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. The SeekSquared Platform

SeekSquared provides career-related tools, including job search, CV and resume support, application tracking, interview practice, Career DNA analysis, voice-based job discovery, and related AI career assistance.

Features may change over time as the platform evolves. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at our discretion.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some SeekSquared features generate content, scores, suggestions, summaries, job matches, interview feedback, and career insights using artificial intelligence or rule-based analysis.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistance purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

SeekSquared does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, or professional employment advice.

6. Job Listings and Third-Party Content

SeekSquared may display job listings, company information, links, or other content obtained from third-party sources. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, sponsorship status, salary, requirements, or legitimacy of any external job listing.

When you click external links or apply through third-party websites, you are subject to those third parties' own terms, privacy policies, and application processes.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use SeekSquared responsibly and lawfully. You are solely responsible for any information, documents, resumes, messages, or other content that you upload or submit through the platform.

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Respect the rights of employers and other users.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use SeekSquared for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform.
• Scrape or copy platform data without permission.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Use automated bots unless explicitly authorised.

9. Intellectual Property

SeekSquared, its branding, software, logos, interface designs, AI workflows, algorithms, documentation, graphics, and platform content are owned by SeekSquared or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any part of the platform without prior written permission.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of documents, resumes, cover letters, interview responses, and other content that you upload.

By uploading content, you grant SeekSquared a limited licence to process, analyse, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing platform functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep SeekSquared available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

12. Subscription & Premium Features

Some current or future features may require payment or a premium subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing terms, renewals, and cancellation policies will be presented before any purchase is completed.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

SeekSquared is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, sponsorship opportunities, interview success, or employment outcomes.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeekSquared, its founders, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of employment opportunities.
• Missed interviews or deadlines.
• Loss of data.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of profits.
• Errors in AI-generated recommendations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use SeekSquared during the previous twelve months, or £100, whichever is greater.

15. Termination

You may stop using SeekSquared at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, compromise platform security, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends immediately. Certain legal obligations may continue after your account has been closed.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of SeekSquared after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
